4. App infrastructure
The data you enter in the Equiflow app (your horses' profiles, health record, photos and documents, sessions, competitions, expenses, conversations with Jo) is stored encrypted on your phone, not on our servers.
Server-side processing (Jo's answers, reading the photos you entrust to Jo, usage limits, end-to-end encrypted sharing, messages sent to the team, data deletion) is performed by functions and a database hosted by Google Cloud and Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), in the europe-west1 region (Belgium). With your consent, Jo's answers are written by a third-party artificial intelligence service (OpenAI). Details are in the privacy policy.
5. Mobile app
The Equiflow app (identifier com.devolim.equestre) is published by BAUGEY MATHEO and distributed through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). The publisher alone is responsible for the content and operation of the app; the distribution platforms act as technical intermediaries and as sellers of in-app purchases.
6. Nature of the service
Equiflow is an organisation and general information tool for riders and horse owners. The app performs no veterinary act: it makes no diagnosis, prescribes nothing and does not replace your vet. It provides no riding instruction and does not replace a qualified riding instructor. It is not an emergency service: it alerts no one on your behalf. 7. Independence
Equiflow is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by the French Equestrian Federation (FFE), the French Horse and Riding Institute (IFCE), the Société hippique française (SHF) or the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). The names of these bodies, and the terms "Galop", "SIRE" or "UELN", are used only to refer to official rules, riding levels or identification numbers. They belong to their respective owners.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of this website and of the app (texts, advice, exercise sheets, illustrations, animations, audio recordings, interface, visual identity, code, the character Jo and the app's name) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, except for the third-party elements listed below. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited and would constitute infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

10. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tracking tool. Fonts are hosted with the site: your browser does not contact any font, advertising or analytics service. No consent banner is therefore needed.

These services are independent of the publisher, who has no control over their content or availability and cannot be held responsible for them.
12. Reporting content
